Dear Parent / Carer,

Thank you for your continued patience and understanding with the school as the building undergoes essential maintenance. I ask that you support the school in reinforcing the need for your child to act safely and responsibly during these visits and to be well behaved at all times.

As a parent myself, I understand the need to know that your child’s welfare and education are given top priority. As the school’s Headteacher, I will ensure that this is the case.

We anticipate that all pupils will be using the school site from February 6th. When I have further information you will be contacted via text, please contact the school if you have changed your mobile number or if you have not been receiving texts this week. We will also post updates on our school app, Twitter account (@willowshigh), Facebook page (willowshighofficial) and website.

I hope this has gone some way to answer the questions you may have. If you require further information about these arrangements, please contact the school on 07463 193130 or using parentvoice@willows.cardiff.sch.uk. Thank you for your continued support.

Yours faithfully,
